Burger King locations in El Paso, TX

When asked for my fish to be fresh they put it in the microwave! I asked the cashier to have the fish out the fryer. The cashier informed me that they do not have a “out the fryer” button on the pos system. Once the cashier relayed the message to the manager “amaber” who was on the board, before the gentleman could finish the statement she replied they always fresh. I just like fresh food. I feel like I’m being racially discriminated against because everytime I come in here my order is incorrect! I love Burger King and this is the nearest one to my house, so I will continue to come here! I’d like to come here one time and have my order made the correct way to my liking please!

Hi, my name is Alma. On December 1, 2014 I Went to this store, whis is located on Montana and Loop 376. Over all the store was very clean, including parking lot, and well decorated with a Christmas tree. Cashiers have a very good customer service and manager always smiling. My order was taken to my table and was served quickly, I absolutely recommend this Burgerking to others. Copare to other Burger Kings the prices in this ones is better. Soon i'm panning on going back again with my family. Thank you, it was a great experience because i had a good time with people i like and with a good service.
