I am in this store on a semi-regular basis, paying my bill or purchasing items or just browsing. Customer service is usually pretty good but not so much this day. My husband and I went in looking for a new phone for him, we were pleased to find no line or sign in & only one other customer being waited on. There were 2 sales associates who were free, but neither of them ever looked up from their phones. I usually get a welcome and/or instruction to sign in but nothing this day. We proceeded to look at phones, one finally ask if we needed help. My response was "yes, please" looking directly at them. I then started looking at chargers while waiting for one of them to come over, still nothimg. After anothet a few minutes and no help and they are with their phones. My husband commented I guess we have to walk over to them and then walk back over to the phones. After another few minutes we decided to leave. As we were leaving I commented that we were leaving since no one wanted to wait on us. Instead of apologizing for whatevet misunderstanding just happened, she wanted to get an attitude and argue with me, then started to walk away when the other sales assoc. stopped her. Was not trying to be rude or argumentive, sp I dodnt unferstand tje attitude. I tried very calmly to tell them why we were leaving but she didn't want to hear it. Still no effort on either part to make it right, so we left. Maybe they were having a bad day, but that was not good customer service under any circumstance. I will probably go back, it's in my neighborhood, but I will not want either of them to wait on me.
Would you recommend AT&T to others? Yes
