Located on the shelving for clean dishes There is a tub of utensils used for serving food that all have dried sticky food debris on the food contact surface. The table mounted can opener blade has dried food debris on the blade and on the base. Located on the shelving for clean dishes there is one food container with duct tape residue. Located on the shelving for clean dishes there are 5 plastic measure cups with sticky debris on the food contact surface. Located on the shelving for clean dishes there are 5 cutting boards with black debris on the food contact surface. COS. All items were placed at dish area to be washed. KDA_4_60111C - --The trash cans and lids have a large accumulation of sticky crusty debris on the exterior. The hot dog machine and the mixer exteriors have an accumulation of dried food debris. The Reach in coolers (3) have an accumulation of sticky debris on the exterior doors and door handles and the interior shelving. The preparation tables have an accumulation of dried food debris on the shelving and legs. The make table has an accumulation of dried sticky food debris on the exterior, lids, doors, door handles and interior shelving. The honey container and shelving has an accumulation of sticky debris. KDA_4_90312A - --There is one case of single use paper towels stored in the toilet room. Towels are used for hand sink dispensers. KDA_5_20212A - --Located in the kitchen toilet room, The hand sink hot water temperature was only 59F. KDA_6_30111 - --There was not any hand cleaning supplies at the hand sink in the kitchen toilet room. COS. PIC placed soap in the toilet room.
