JCDH 2.2 Provide readily available documentation of food safety training for all employees at all hours of operation. Food safety training was not available during inspection.
4-602.13 Clean non food contact surfaces as often as necessary to prevent accumulation of residue. Area behind ice dispenser at fountain machine has moldy build up. Take measures to clean often.
6-202.15 Provide self-closing doors at outer openings. Front door automatic closure is missing. Door is not operating properly.

Documentation/instructions for obtaining food safety training and Serv Safe training was given to person in charge during this inspection.

4-501.114, 4-703.11 Sanitize utensils with quaternary ammonia at a concentration specified by manufacturer for at least 30 seconds in water with 500 mg per liter hardness or less. Equipment and utensils in three compartment sink in plain water. Sanitizer tested negative for quaternary ammonia and chrlorine. Corrected on site.
3-304.14 Store wet wiping cloths for sanitizing in quaternary ammonia solution at concentration specified by manufacturer . Wiping cloth solution tested negative for sanitizer.
