4-601.11 Clean interior of ice machine as often as necessary to prevent accumulation of soil and mold. Accumulation of residue on baffle of ice machine. 4-601.11 Wash, rinse, and sanitize fountain drink nozzles as often as necessary to keep free of slime mold and residue. Accumulation of heavy black residue on the drink nozzles.
The following items were found to be past the manufacturers date limitation: Armour Potted Meat expired 10/25/11, Campbells Chicken Noodle soup expired 08/26/11, Hormel Deviled ham 10/10, StarKist solid white Alba Tuna expired 10/28/11. Items were removed from the shelves prior to the end of the inspection, to be returned to the vendor for credit.
4-601.11 Clean bottom of RI cooler. Accumulation of residue on the bottom of RI cooler. 4-602.11 Clean fan covers on RI coolers and/or RI freezers. Accumulation of dust and grime on fan covers of RI cooler and on fan covers on the WI cooler unit. 4-602.13 Clean non food contact surfaces as often as necessary to prevent accumulation of residue. Accumulation of caked on residue on the nozzles of the depensers of the cappuccino machine.
6-501.12 Clean facilities (floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, etc.) as often as necessary to maintain cleanliness. Accumulation of residue underneath shelving and under equipment inside of the WI cooler. 6-201.13 Cove or seal the juncture between the walls and floor to yield a seam no greater than 1/32 inch. Large gap between the floor and the cement blocks of the wall inside of the restroom. 6-501.11 Repair or replace damaged base/floor tiles throughout the facility. 6-501.14 Clean restroom exhaust vent cover. Accumulation of dust and grime on the exhaust vent cover inside of the restroom.
