3-501.16 Maintain potentially hazardous food at 135 F or above. Fried chicken 119�°F-127�°F, chicken breast strips 117�°F-154�°F, and macaroni and cheese 114�°F. Items were discarded prior to the end of the inspection and new items were prepared or cooked. I checked food temperatures prior to the items going inside of the hot box and all items met temperature requirements.
3-305.11 Store food at least 6 inches above the floor. Popcorn chicken, onion rings, and chicken stored on the floor inside of the WI cooler. Food on the floor inside of the WI freezer.
5-205.15 Repair condensate leak in WI freezer. Pipe leaking inside of the WI freezer. Accumulation of ice on th e fans, pipes , and the unit.
6-501.12 Clean facilities (floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, etc.) as often as necessary to maintain cleanliness. Accumulation of residue underneath shelving inside of the WI cooler and freezer and underneath equipment.

Items were removed from the shelves and discarded prior to the end of the inspection.

Compactor leaking. 5-501.115 Clean the refuse storage area as often as necessary to maintain cleanliness. 5-501.116 Clean grease receptacle. Accumulation of grease and grime in the compactor area.
