3-501.16 Maintain potentially hazardous food at 41 F or below. /The following foods were out of temperature in WI cooler between 48-50F: folded eggs, boxes of raw shell eggs, yogurt, milk, chocolate milk, swiss cheese, cheddar & jack mix, breakfast ham, whipped cream, and light cream. Boxes of liquid eggs were not refrigerated and reading a temperature of 52F. These foods were voluntarily discarded, and violation was COS.
