Description: Guests are invited to visit the 1,800-to-2,300-pound Clydesdales in their specially constructed barn, originally built in 1936. Today, the barn is a welcome center for visitors from around the world. The barn features pine wood and walnut trim and brass fixtures throughout. There are 10 stalls. The upstairs loft is available for rent for birthday parties and other gatherings. Outside there are smaller four-legged animals to see, like a zebra and a couple of miniature horses.Once a year, the center holds a barn party to help raise funds for the Children’s Miracle Network. There are wagon rides and hot dogs and drinks are sold. The cost to attend is minimal.After visiting the Clydesdales, guests can purchase memorabilia in the gift shop. It has a wide variety of items to choose from, such as hats, jackets, candles, T-shirts, beanie Clydesdales, coffee mugs, and much more. The center accepts Visa and Mastercard. Picture taking is always allowed, there is ample parking, and the center is wheelchair accessible. Comfortable walking shoes and jeans or shorts are encouraged. Admission is free.
