Description: Our Lady of Providence Junior-Senior High School is a coed Catholic high school in Clarksville, Indiana, in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Indianapolis. The school first opened on September 12, 1951. Recognized as a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence by the U.S. Department of Education in 2000, Providence also receives accreditation from the Indiana Department of Education and the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools.With a classroom ratio of 14 to 1, Providence is well regarded for its art and theater departments, as well as its lineup of extracurricular activities. The school does not discriminate on the basis of religion, ethnic origin, or ability; however, attendance at worship services is mandatory. A dress code is strictly enforced, and financial aid is available at this, southern Indiana’s only Catholic upper school.
