Description: This place is the site of the famous “nude bridge” that spans Indian Canyon Drive to connect the hotel’s two sites. Building of the bridge caused quite a flap a few years ago, mostly because the city gave it a nice subsidy. Prurient drivers hoping to get a glimpse of bare suntans scampering across the bridge were soon disappointed as the high sides provide complete privacy. This is a Mediterranean decorated modern Southern California hideout with resort amenities aplenty: salt-water pool, whirlpools, tennis and basketball courts, fire pit for star-lit evenings, barbecues for guest use, on-site libations and eats, and a full-service spa.
