Among other fantastic Greek Islands are cosmopolitan Mykonos, Paros, Crete, Corfu, Rhodes etc all with their own different character.
I started with the OP, and continued to each next post.
I was going to add Santorini if no one else had, but I actually thought someone would have before post #85.
I would add, off the top of my head, Whidbey. Others that immediately occurred to me when I saw the thread title....other people already included in posts 1 through 84.
I'm not from the Philippines but, I love the island of Palawan. That is my favorite island in the Philippine Archipielago. The people, food, laid back ambiance, safety, and its natural beauty are off the chart. There's much there to appreciate.
Second favorite Filipino island would be Balesin; a member's only island resort. I had never before experienced such luxurious accommodations as I did in Balesin.
Bora-Bora is the most beautiful in the paradise-sense of the word. But I feel like the Marquesas Islands are most closely to what people mean when talking about the true, mysterious Pacific Islands of legends.
Wow some one mentioned Cape Breton. I agree it is very beautiful.Don't know if it is the most beautiful but it is up there. Had the privilege to call CB home for a few years.
The locals don't allow non-islanders to do problematic things.
