I have 2 years and half working as analyst but I see most positions asking 3 to 5 years of experience, should I put 3 years in my CV or tell the truth and put 2 years and a half?

I would just be honest. If you say 3, they might ask for the dates. I've had to fill out applications before where they want month+ year, not just year (especially for government jobs) so the numbers do need to add up.

Thank you I will try to get a new job with the education, skills and experience I have right now. Im still working as usual so Im applying while working (well to be more precise Im applying on weekends when I have more time if I dont have anything urgent to solve at work) and maybe I can be closer to that 3 years if the job search takes long.
At this time perform above their expectations. Get the referance then. Sure it's a load but do it without errors and shine.
Thank you but I cannot perform above expectations, I have far more topics than I can cover, I can barely work on 50% of topics working 12 hours a day and skipping lunch which is having a big impact on my health.
