I was hoping to get some advice as to where I should file my unemployment benefits. Of course I want to file wherever would pay me the most which is NJ.
My main office is in NY and I never asked that they change that location. I also lived in NY for the majority of my time at my company. However, I have been working out of my company's NJ office and lived in NJ during my last 8 months of employment. Furthermore, I am a resident of California and I just moved back after I got notice of my firing.
