Trying to find out what is needed for Utilities in Old Fort, NC

I will be moving to Old Fort in a couple weeks. I have been trying for two days to get in touch with Gail Turner who is Water Sup. I called 04.11.2024 and found out that the are only open from 0800 to 1600. So I called today ~0840 and the system told me that extension was not working. So I sent her an email but I have not heard back.


So I guess I am out of luck?

If you're moving in a couple of weeks you have plenty of time. I just called and it took me to her line. I'd call back, relax and try not to catastrophize the situation. Small towns don't necessarily operate with military precision.

PS Here is the application form...filling it out and emailing back to Gail would prob be a good start?
