Is anyone familiar with this community? I just discovered it online. we are looking for a community similar to Connestee Falls, I guess, with a good fitness center, outside pool, clubs, etc. but mountain views are important to us. Mountain Air in Burnsville is a joke with all their fees. We aren’t looking to spend more than $600k.
Any other suggestions would be welcome!

It's nice from what I've seen of it. There's NOTHING around there for 10 miles back to Lenoir however. I don't know if broadband internet is even available out there.

The lots and views are gorgeous, and the prices seem reasonable. There is a doctor and general store in nearby Collettsvile. As said it is about 15 minutes to the main part of Lenoir. While the Coves is marketed as an active retirement community, I am not sure there is enough support there.
