Only if he wants to get married, otherwise he should say no. I hear divorces are expensive. Even if it doesn't go that far, you're not getting those deposits back when the wedding is canceled. Best to he truthful up front.

I agree. The reasons for marriage means that both agree. I don't think it matters who proposes. If you say "yes," then the engagement is on...

Yes if he wants to marry. He should also require her to buy at least a $10,000 engagement ring that the guy will wear. Or store at home


After all, she should not be proposing marriage without a nice ring with a huge diamond...

I think so, however i think the women will have some resentment if she is the emotional type becuase she will never know that the man wanted to marry her at that time.
