And, according to the second article I linked to at the start of this thread, such tools have often been found to not jibe with what Comcast's own meter is reporting.

Of course not.
Do you own due diligence so at least you are informed on some level.

Oh boy... thanks for mentioning this.

While the rest of the world is moving towards Gigabit internet which is easily doable over fiber, etc....seems like we're moving back into Middle Ages, if they indeed plan to enforce these limits. They had some limits in place before but they generally did not enforce them.
