I have been considering a move to Vancouver, WA. I am retired with a fixed income. I have family in Portland area and don't want to be more than an hours drive from them. I am curious about the property taxes. Is there a website showing how much each county pays for property tax?

This website figures the property tax on our future Clallam County home build at about half what we currently pay in Wisconsin for a home of equal value. Sweet if it's correct.

Search Clark County Wa GIS, you can get the tax amount for each property.
IIRC, vancouver proper, ranges from $12 - $13 per thousand $ value.
Clark County has pretty high taxes and very high valuations.

Skamania and Cowlitz neighbors have some lower taxed districts.
Consider Hamilton House HUD senior housing in North Bonneville, Gorgeous setting / new facility - they run a transit bus to Vancouver C-Tran Transit center for $1. Senior fare. Very ez to get to Portland from there.

Hint: current taxes do not always reflect future taxes, WA is a full disclosure state, Due to excise tax on properties, so... You will be taxed on you purchase price or higher, if you bought under what the evil assessor deems as FMV.

Current published rate for a property may be on senior exemption, or undervalued.

I am taxed on over 1m value for a prop that i invested $138k.
$40/ day for property taxes, $ 30/ day for health insurance (which I no longer can afford, so I don't have any). My prop taxes increased 18% for 2016
YMMV

Geez if this estimator is even near the ball park I could save a ton by making my move next summer. it came out like half of what a lender told me they assume as a amount of tax. They think $200 is about right. This estimator would put me closer to $100 a month placed into the mortgage payment as it is always place in escrow along with whatever the insurance would be. This should be interesting to find out in the end.....hoping it's the lower of the figures.

Don't trust any estimates, GIS data is available on every property, (Online)

Just don't compare / get a benchmark on a property that is under senior deferral (that will be noted)

as ALWAYS... the FIRST person you talk to when looking for WA properties is the Assessor!

As mentioned... I have properties literally across the street from each other that vary >100% in Property tax obligations. (2) less than 1/2 mile apart that vary 500% (for the SAME cost basis)

Get the facts, they are all available.
Your sales price may have NOTHING to do with your tax valuation. (If the assessor so decides and can manipulate the comps to prove. (Very EZ for them, as they have all the data) WA is a full RE disclosure state.
