Hurricane Ridge for me, the Olympic Mountains are so beautiful. I'd say Olympic National Park in all it's diversity is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been.

Two that come to mind right off the top of my head are:

San Juan Island
Columbia River Gorge (the whole thing really, but especially along the border with Oregon)

But really this whole entire state is just GORGEOUS.

Well, maybe not Tacoma....

I have some beautiful pictures of ocean shores...the sky, water and sand can be beautiful.

I would add sun lakes...I love the basalt cliffs, blue/green water and open sky.

Tacoma has some amazing views! I love the look of a working waterfront and the water mountain views just add to it.

The entire state is beautiful. It is not unusual to be surrounded by beauty even at one's home. From my back porch I can see ferries, shipping vessels, sailboats, Orcas and Bald Eagles, islands, snow-capped mountains, lush green vegetation and flowers everywhere, massive softwood trees and ferns, amazing sunsets or misty blankets of rain, rolling terrain, cute houses of all colors...It reminds me of that e.e.cummings poem about the pretty town. And this is just my backyard in Seattle. Drive anywhere in Washington and there are gorgeous views, whether moist or desert. Just the interstate drive can be breathtaking. We are inundated with so much natural beauty that it is easy to take it for granted sometimes, unfortunately.

Love that post west seattle gal! so true. There are so many gorgeous views all over the state. From my deck I can see a lake, hills, trees, rock cliffs and wildlife that changes through the year. Sunsets, moonrises, 4 seasons....it's beautiful year round.

So true. When I see the question I think, Deception Pass, but wait what about Snoqualmie Falls or Mount Rainier, Port Townsend, Hoh Rainforest, Gig Harbor, Poulsbo, Leavenworth - tough question because Washington is just a beautiful state.
