Magruder isnt the best school but it isnt a bad school either. I think the school is made up of 2 dif populations....you have kids from olney rockville and derwood then you have kids from gaithersburg flower hill area...most of the problematic students come from the gaithersburg flower hill area. Dont hang out or get caught up with the wrong crowd and should be just fine. Pretty much like any other public school...

One word: don't. I'm a student at Magruder currently searching for new schools to transfer to. It barely has anything to offer. Not to mention our mascot is pathetic. Security sucks. Almost every time I walk to my 5th period I can smell weed. It's awful.
