It doesn't look to me as though anyone has mentioned this good Frontline program:

I found it hard to reconcile the violence and aggression of the officers with Mormonism. Some of the officers were even swearing.

I have news for you. Some Mormons swear. And not everybody in Utah is Mormon. This is especially the case in the Salt Lake City area.

And law enforcement are very often dealing with the scum of society, challenged for no reason other than to get on YouTube.
