My unemployment determination is issued, I qualify, but I had a previous rework requirement, Do I need to appeal my rework requirements during covid-19 or will I still be disqualified

Depends on your State. Most require wages that are paying state unemployment taxes in order to qualify as new work. However, a few more "worker friendly" states allow a portion of these types of income to be used and a few less allows you to self pay unemployment taxes as you earn the income. So, you really have to know how your specific State classifies that income.
