Is "Industry" the most realistic workplace drama? (movie, the office, tv show)

I tend to think so. It gets many of the details right about working in a large investment bank. Unlike many shows that take place in the office but focus more on inter-personal drama, the drama in Industry is the business.
I enjoy it having worked on the law side of securities and trading .. but lets start with this .. the lead character is a fraud sooooooooooooooooo.
That part is probably the most unrealistic thing on the show since a background check would independently verify whether a degree was obtained or not.
But when talking about realism, or lack thereof, I'm thinking about shows like Suits where nothing about the show is grounded in reality. Billions is kinda ridiculous too with Chuck Rhoades seemingly only having one case to worry about and having secret meetings with Axe all over the city.
A lot of ER docs say that Scrubs is one of the more realistic medicine shows.

There was this indie movie from years ago called Haiku Tunnel that pretty much nailed corporate law.
And there was a lot of truth in Office Space
Ibanking is portrayed as a lot more glamorous than it really is because ... everyone sing, "that's entertainment"
Every show is going to sacrifice some realism for the sake of storytelling. As the first video I posted points out, Pierpoint would in reality have a structurer, but that's an unnecessary complication that would only serve to wreck the flow of the episode. It's a minor inaccuracy, but a sort of necessary one, and it doesn't really take you out of the moment while watching since most people know little about how these firms are setup anyway.
There are degrees of fantasticality that range from improbable to implausible. Improbable is every person on The Walking Dead being able to shoot zombies between the eyes with every shot. Implausible is Hershel having a shotgun that contains 84 rounds.
The premise of a show like Suits is implausible since there is no way Mike could fake being a Harvard grad, in New York of all places, for several years. It's very ridiculous. The Extraordinary Attorney Woo is equally implausible since they are one of Seoul's largest law firms yet never seem to have any clients that can pay bills.
Industry is one of the lighest offenders on TV in this regard.
