My husband has a level 2 heavy equipment operator certification and has interest in being a plumbers apprentice.

If we up and moved to Tulsa, how likely do you think we would be to find work the first month?

We have been unable to find work in our current home town since March.

It shouldn't be difficult, if either of you don't have a felony record.

I moved out here with no job lined up but it didn’t take me long to find one. You might not get the wages you expect right away, or if it’s retail related, the hours you might want right off the bat, but once you get your foot in the door you at least have some type of income. Better than zero income. That’s what I did. And you can either start looking for something more suitable for your liking or work your way up the ladder. That’s what I’m doing. Just my own 2c from my experience.
