This video documents the completion of phase 1 of my back yard landscape project which is mainly installing nursery stones around one of the garden areas in my back yard. This was partially a test to see if my wife liked the way it turned out, and thankfully she did. Now we will continue with phase 2 which was going to be installing nursery stones around a second garden area in the back yard, but we changes things up for a couple of reasons. First off, I cannot get anymore nursery stones for a bit as they are on order. Secondly, our monsoon season started 6/15/2023, but we have yet to get any rain, so we decided to make phase 2 the "dirt work" before it rains and becomes "mud work". This was a good call by Heinz. As of today 06/27/2023, I have 10 tons of screened fill dirt in my driveway which will be moved to the back yard to bring a low part of the back yard up to level with the rest and to create a little hill or two for a little contour. I have already been capturing video for phase 2 so please stay tuned for that!!!

It turned out great! Clean and visually very pleasing with those gentle curves - it really transformed that area. Looking forward to phase 2 to see what you do with ten tons of fill dirt in that space!

Hi Bart, it really has a nice and clean look. I like those nursery stones better than the river rocks. Looking forward to seeing how it all turns out! You're so lucky to have Heinz as a neighbor!!

Thanks for watching and your comment Rosanne! You are 100% right about being lucky to have Heinz as a neighbor. Not just for his landscape skills, but for many other reasons as well!!!
