The court may be at fault for awarding custody on falsified international documents, but why are police officers going to turn a child over to the wrong parent, when the child indicates abuse? That is enough cause to stop on the spot. Surely they are old enough to realize not every adult is trustworthy? Where is the case manager?

"We're not gonna let him do anything to you..." now they are missing.

How can a judge be that stupid? With a youngster involved, you'd think he would have done his homework. That's a big mistake, a really big one and there are no excuses for such carelessness. My prayers go out to the boy and his mom.
