The EEOC publishes reports of employers that are found liable, including fines they paid, and remedial actions they took. The EEOC also publishes annual case counts, including the number of charges filed, dismissed, and actually prosecuted.

Yes, found liable. That doesn't answer the question though.

Go read the reports at the link I provided. There are TONS of statistics about the agency’s cases and findings. The short answer: the vast majority of cases are dismissed.

In this day and age, any employer who treats their employees badly and doesn't pay a competitive wage will soon not have any employees. There are more jobs available than there are people to fill them, and the unemployment rate is very low.
