Prosper isd is required to abide by the Chapter 41 recapture program aka " Robin hood plan"



Many districts are forced to participate...there have been lawsuits obviously.... Do you think it is fair?

plenty of districts have to participate in this

why do you think there have been several lawsuits with another one underway?

No, it's NOT fair. School districts should be able to keep all of the property taxes they collect for their own use, and not have to dole it out to poorer districts.

It is inherently unfair by design. Period.
