This report popped up on one of my feeds. As I am not yet a TN resident but am actively researching areas, I was quickly drawn in to read the listings. I'm hoping some of you TN residents can weigh in as to if the report is on the mark or complete hog wash. I suspect the latter. No real information is given as to why the listed counties were selected. The rent and home prices cited seem to be from at least several years ago.

The thoughts from those of you in the know?

I live in Cumberland County which doesn't even appear. I am a transplant form Wisconsin originally so I don't know about the other counties. However I think Cumberland is pretty nice.

Seems to cover Middle TN fairly well. Nashville-Chattanooga-Knoxville seem to be 3 most popular forums. Having 25 counties listed takes you to other parts of the state.

It also covers East Tennessee well too, the popular areas are listed. Judging from the counties listed from other parts of the state I would agree with the list, most places on the list are nice places.
