Before election time you need to check your voter registration and see if it is still valid. Apparently Tennessee doesn't feel the need to notify voters of changes in their voting status. Former Rep. Lincoln Davis (D-Tenn.) is suing over being denied the right to vote in Tennessee's Super Tuesday primary. If they would this to this to this guy what do you think they will do to the average Main St person.

It was a clerical error, not a conspiracy.

It is up to voters to verify they are registered in their proper precinct.

Click the link and read the section about moving to a different county.

The problem was the Rep Davis was not notified of any changes and this is what I am trying to point out to voters. I never indicated it was a conspiracy as you suggest.

If you value your right to vote then please check to make sure you have not been deleted from the voter rolls without you knowledge.

This is hallmark conspiracy language.

I am glad we agree that folks need to be vigilant about voting rights. Fewer than 6% of registered voters in my county showed up to vote on Super Tuesday.

Thats good advice and so easy to do. It seems every time I've been at the polls someone has been confused about their registration or what precint they are suspose to be at.

Thanks for info. Alot of people assume it just stays the same, especially if they only vote in major elections. Here is a good link for those in need of absentee voting, for college students, etc.
