1. Manlius or FM.
2. Jamesville or Dewitt.
3. East Syracuse or Minoa.
4. Everything else is a distant 4th.
Liverpool is decent.
Meadowbrook is decent.
University Neighborhood is decent.
West Side no no no.
Downtown no no no.

Did I miss anything?

I'd put places like Onondaga Hill, Camillus, Baldwinsville, Marcellus, Skaneateles, Cazenovia, parts of Clay, Cicero and Salina up there.

Even within the city, Strathmore, Sedgwick, South Valley, the Shotwell Park and Arlington portions of Eastwood; most of Court-Woodlawn and Winkworth, among a few others.

For investment

Lysander is number one.

-Near Micron

-Good Built Environment

-Scenic Natural Environment

-Good Schools

-Low property taxes

-Near Shopping Centers

-Near Walkable Village of Baldwinsville

DeWitt and Manlius have high taxes. Skaneateles and Cazenovia are both far from Micron and the job Growth. For East Syracuse and Minoa the beautiful built environment and natural environment are seriously lacking.

A sleeper in my opinion in terms of investment is the village of Phoenix/town of Schroeppel in Oswego County due to being just as close, if not closer to Micron; more affordable, land/room to grow, close to shopping on Route 31, has highway access with I-481, it is about halfway between Syracuse and Oswego/Lake Ontario, quiet/safe, solid schools and there is walkability/river access in the village.
