I would say to look into the places mentioned earlier or I dare say Syracuse neighborhoods like Westcott or Eastwood due to mentioning the entertainment venue. This is in the Westcott neighborhood: The Westcott Theater
Yes, that is possible, but just make sure to do the research.
As for places to possibly look into, what are you looking for in a community? Skaneateles, Cazenovia, Baldwinsville, Liverpool, Fayetteville and Manlius are some area villages with nice Downtowns. In terms of small cities, Auburn and Oswego(keep snow in mind during the winter) are a couple that have nice Downtowns. Both are further away from Syracuse and would be something to keep in mind. There may be others that fit, depending on what you are looking for(Marcellus, Chittenango, etc.).
You also have Freedom of Espesso cafe in the lower portion of the village, with restaurants nearby on Genesee and in Limestone Plaza, which has a couple of shops. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genese...toric_District
