I've been adding green tea back into my routine and often have a cup or two early in the day then keep the rest in the fridge for later. Any ideas if there is a time limit on the benefits of the tea or should I start over with fresh later in the day?
I think I'd only make enough for a day or maybetwo at a time. I like to sometimes make a pot at night and let it steep and then in the AM, put it in the fridge and drink it throughout the day.

As long as it's refrigerated, I think you are fine.
I usually make a (large) pitcher every two days.
I always drink mine hot all thru out the day and 2 tea bags at a time for extra strong drink with its EGCG's. I buy the one wth the Purple Antioxidents by Salada at the grocery store then after drinking i squeeze the bags (never just discard) in my hands and rub all over my face, neck and arms for added skin protection from the Sun.......
I used to drink a lot of green tea until my dentist told me that drinking a lot of it can erode the enamel on your teeth. I still have it every once in awhile though, especially green iced tea in the summer. There are a lot of other ways to get the beneficial antioxidants- right now I like the new Aquafina Alive with antioxidants. Helps me stay hydrated too
If you're drinking water out of a plastic bottle you'll need more than antioxidents to keep from getting cancer.
