I have used it but does anyone think it does them any good vs any other whey protein? It is not cheap & I want to lower costs, if I can.

I know I need isolate but it is costlier. But I may go that way if need be.

What do you think about Met-Rx tho? Thanks.

But I heard (now this is unreal info) that isolate whey is the WORST whey. The reason, is that isolate has junk in it, vs sweet whey which contains things that isolate whey doesn't (like higher lactose levels) as isolate is grass-only fed cows providing the whey not NON-grass fed cows as in isolate. I'm not sure this is true & need to confirm.

Movintime, if you are not a vegetarian, what is wrong with eating meat as a source of protein? Also, dairy products? I found every time I ate food as a source of protein I obtained excellent results. Just saying.......

Haha, you got me on that deary. Ok, well I got the idea to resume whey since it is bio-active & well used. But, money always precludes this so I'm trying to weigh this in the balance. So... most likely I'll abandon the whole idea but it is fun trying.
