I moved here from Texas to be closer to the beaches.

I disagree on "most". Most that move here do fore the weather and cost of living. Politics are far down the list.

Gulf us Atlantic Ocean. I do love Rockport and Port Arkansas but no love for Gulf water

I’ve been to Texas but not the beaches. The Atlantic beaches are beautiful.
