So far this year Florence has been going great with new openings, and planned openings.
2024 looks good!

Panda Express opening beside Chipotle (Construction to start soon)
Duck Donuts opening on Celebration
Boot Barn opened in the former Dress Barn
Michael's is open in the former Bed Bath & Beyond
Kimbrell's has signage at the old Circuit City/Virginia College
Slim Chicken has opened
Dunkin Donuts beside Slim Chicken has opened.
QT Gas Station planned for 76/95

Is 810 Billiards & Bowling still moving in by Planet Fitness on Irby?

Zoning change from rural to commercial for the land that’s across from Bucees. Curious to know which developer/company has requested the change.

Yes there is a Dunkin’ donut on one side, but there is construction on the opposite side of slim chicken where the fences are up
