I have been looking for the last 4 years for a place to put a park model RV.
I've talked to sales companies of park models and they tell me that they have sold ones in and around Summerville , but they are on privite property. Which is fine to me , but I have no clue as to where to look because we live in Ohio and I want to buy a parkmodel to live in Summerville , SC.
A park model is about 400 sq. ft. . It is about 12' wide by 33' long.
A lot of trailer parks can't take them , I'm not sure , they are smaller than a model home.
If anyone has seen any park models set up ( some times called cabins ) please email me ,
"]jlglick@aep.com" , Thanks !

Well as of today , July 15th , 2015 , I'm still looking.
A news report was done a few months ago about Charleston with the tiny house movement and I guess it's zoning that is holding things up on park models and tiny homes.
Why can't someone make a resort around Charleston or Summerville ?
