I only truly care for Arsenal, but for the sake of the thread.
England - Arsenal. Play the best football and actually operate within their own means. We don't have Russian oligarchs or Saudi billionaires to bankroll us and buy trophies.
France - Lyon.
Germany - Dortmund.
Italy - Roma? Hard to pick. Neither of the Milan clubs though, that's for sure.
Scotland - Celtic.
Portugal - Lisbon.
Holland - Ajax.
USA - Redbulls. Only because of Henry though.
BTW, whoever was saying Spurs have 8-11 elite players... NO! Maybe Modric, definitely not 8-11 though.

First of all he's not Russian, he's Uzbek. Second of all, just because he's a Russian billionaire doesn't mean he made his money off the Russian people like Abramovich.
I have revised my list, mostly the same but a few more editions.
England - Tottenham (Quality football, Bale and created a team the right way, footballing wise and financially)
France - Lille (Like their style and the city seems more British to me)
Spain - Atletico Madrid (great team and fans even though Real is in the city)
Germany - Schalke 04 (Love the rivalry with Dortmund their passionate fans and the ground)
Italy - Juventus (Loved them since they beat Real Madrid a decade ago with players such as Nedved, Del Piero, Buffon, Thuram, Tudor, Camoranesi, Davids, Zambrotta, Trezeguet and Lippi as manager)
Scotland - Dundee (My life, my team!)
Portugal - Sporting Lisbon (Always liked this club, the stadium, the fans, the strip and the players they have produced)
Holland - Feyenoord (Really like their rivalry with Ajax and that they are from a the "less off" city of Rotterdam, and I like the grit of Rotterdam and their dance music scene)
USA - Seattle (Like their fans, stadium and city)
