Could we get a Shreveport-Bossier general development thread going in this forum. Although there are not many projects going on right now, I feel like there could be some good discussion of the ongoing and future projects that are attempting to revitalize the area.

Yeah hopefully someday the city will be able to turn around and prosper. You would think with the rest of the south booming that Louisiana would be able to benefit from that but instead we are losing population every year.
