Wouldn't you be mad if you put your money in and the gold got stuck!

I remember being amazed about 7 or 8 years ago when we went to a restaurant in Ocean City, MD. They still had a cigarette vending machine. In order to use it, you had to put your money in and then go show someone your ID before it would dispense a pack. It was quite expensive too, at $8 a pack. Cigarettes here in Maryland sell for between $4.50 for discount brand up to around $7 for a decent brand.
