Those Aldis can pop up relatively quickly because they use the same, simple design/layout for all their stores without a lot of the frills we see in other supermarkets. They might hire managers a lot earlier so they can send them to other, already-open Aldis in order to train. There are not that many employees in a typical Aldi, so the managers need to be really knowledgeable since they'll be doing virtually every task at some point.

Went by today and they have a small backhoe there and put the gravel down for access off Maxwell Drive.
