Hitman's right... that's a long commute. I think you're looking at about an hour door to door. Could be longer if there's an accident or bad weather. It rained here yesterday and my wife's typical 15 minute commute turned into a 45+ minute commute.

Good idea. Since you're just renting a place, might as well live as close to your job as possible. There are a lot of fun things to do in SD but commuting ain't one of them.
