Does anyone know what maybe going up next door to the Cheddars I-10 location (looking to the left of Cheddars)? Looks like lots of plumbing pipes which makes me believe it is another restaurant. I called to ask and the person who answered is unaware what at this point. I do know lots of medical related offices are going up to the rear.

I heard the original plans for that section of land was more retail. Looks like medical is the way to go given how big the medical industry has become in SA.

Thanks!

Jeff

Oh I must have missed that and I hope it is! I love Chuys and live near the 1604/10 corridor now. I used to frequent the 281/1604 store. LOVE that and hope this is true and thanks!

Dang Jeff, you arleady said you love Chuys 2-3x in this thread.

Last thing this place needs is another stupid restaurant. Why don't they just connect skywalk from Chuys to the Elian condo complex?

They have to get their post count up one way or another. I absolutely hate when someone says +1 or bump, or lol, etc.....
