For several years, and ag credit organization has sponsored a Halloween Bale Trail around our small town. They supply round bales for businesses who want to decorate them and then people drive the "trail" and vote for their favorite. This is a nice late afternoon/early evening drive to take the kids to see them, but, shoot, we adults enjoy seeing them too! lol

This has bales from past years too. I know other towns are doing this, but, after the Dec. 10, 2021 tornado just about wiped out our town of Mayfield, Ky., Things were getting cleaned up some and this was a nice pick me up for everybody.

The link didn’t work for the facebook page, so I googled “bale trail kentucky” and found a bunch of pictures. Very cute idea!

That is really cool, thanks for sharing. We don't have any bale trails that I know of in my area but individuals have been decorating with round bales for years. Our little town does have a Halloween decoration display contest for the businesses in town that is neat.

The sponsors put a quite a few of the bales on tick tock.

For those of you who aren't around that much agriculture, on that first one, which is supposed to be a tobacco barn where it's fire cured, those are hands of tobacco straight from the barn hanging on the front.
