Quit pretending to be anything but a clueless transplant.
Didn't ormari live in West Warwick? I could be thinking of another poster.
So that's two of us who lived there saying the town is not only Arctic and doesn't deserve your slander. If he's a clueless transplant, you're a clueless neverplant.
Calling it an undesirable town is not at all inaccurate, nor does acknowledging that it has a (very well earned) trashy reputation. Big picture DOES MATTER, especially when it comes to buying real estate. There are plenty of decent towns in the state of RI to reside, I don't know why you choose to die on this hill.
Because you are providing inaccurate information about a good working class town.

Owen would probably get lost trying to get to West Warwick.

Full disclosure, I do not now, nor have I ever, lived in West Warwick. I have friends who do, one of which owns an owner occupied multi there.
But I did look there when I was buying, and would have bought there had I found a compelling place. There’s no imperative reason to exclude West Warwick from consideration.
