There's a reason why they chose Washington Park (and not the East Side) to dump 50k tons of hazardous material.
And there's a reason why Olneyville (and not the East Side) was chosen as the place to dump 2 stories high worth of contaminated soil from the 6/10 construction project.
You want to guess what the reason is?
