"PORTSMOUTH, R.I. (WPRI) — A 24-year-old man accused of killing another man in Portsmouth faced a judge Tuesday. Jacob Morrill was arraigned on a first-degree murder charge and ordered held without bail. Police were called to a West Main Road home for a well-being check Monday night and found the victim, identified as Xufeng Wu. Animal control was also on scene. Granted I have no professional training in this area, but as a layman I understand the crime fetish isn't all that common. This forum is just unlucky enough to have a pair which feed off of each other's malady. As most others shrink away from the ickiness of it all, they seek to dominate.
