We have no idea if the woman in the driveway is a prostitute engaged in solicitation, either. Yet, that hasn't stopped certain members of this community who claim to possess an expertise in analyzing Google Street View images and recognizing criminal activity therein from repeatedly implying that's the case.

Oh, pardon me... it's been implied that the woman in question is "waiting for a bus". I'd attempt to discern what that means, but I've misplaced my Kompulsive Krime Kataloguer-to-English Translation Dictionary. I really must remember to have it with me when I log-on to City-Data and enter the Rhode Island Forum.

Olneyville again.

Body found near Providence river

"A man's body was found alongside the Woonasquatucket River in Providence Thursday night.

Providence Police Col. Oscar Perez said the 53-year-old man was found nearby Aleppo Street."

^ Aleppo Street is right where the bike path is.

Aleppo Street is also where ormari's "trendy" croissant shop was located before it moved to Pawtucket.

^As I've mentioned many times, that bike path is not safe and should be avoided.

It should be pointed out that cause of death has not been determined.

I'm not sure why this is in the crime thread without a determination that a crime was committed.

Nobody said it was a crime (yet). But considering the location, that's the most probable conclusion at this time.

That's not how it works, sandsonik.

When a dead body is found, it is treated as a crime...until foul play is completely ruled out.

That's not how it works to who?

Only you.

The police don't include it with their crime statistics but you do.

Being treated as a crime doesn't mean it's a crime. It means it's being investigated.

This has nothing to do with me. I'm just explaining how it works.

Aren't you the one who decided to post it in the crime thread?
