Here are the ten states that can't pay their bills:

Ten States That Cannot Pay Their Bills - 24/7 Wall St.

Notice that New Hampshire, which is often touted on here as a financial utopia (by comparison), is one of them.

Not enough tax revenues maybe?

Way more blue states than red states on there though, just sayin. Illinois, New Jersey, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut; all high tax hells.
