That does look good but this one was more consistently flat.

^^^^Howard Johnson's branded those for awhile, but they were square with rounded edges.

They were great but you had to be careful, 30 extra seconds in the toaster and they burnt badly!

I remember my mum buying Thomas corn toaster cakes... the English muffin folks.

I found these & kinda, sorta might remember them... it was too long ago. But, I do recall that we had corn & blueberry toaster rounds. If I'm not mistaken, they were all Thomas brand. I just don't remember oat being a main ingredient, but honestly, I was so small, it could have been. I remember the box.

No doubt that we have lost some toaster treats we really loved, all because of technology changing, or some other reason such as they really were not that good of a seller.

My favorite toaster treat was toaster pizzas. Not only were they convenient, they tasted good too from what I remember. They were very cheesey.

I wonder if they are gone because the insides were burning hot, I could see where people could burn their faces on hot cheese

My mom wouldn't buy toaster anything. I missed that whole era.

I loved the Thomas Date Nut bread when I lived in NY. Nothing like it.

With 7 kids, they were only an occasional treat for us. I remember how pricey they were.

We were lucky in that my mum baked the majority of what we ate, including bread. We only had plastic wrapped bread for school lunches.

It was great, but it spoiled me... I still bake my own bread. Gained 20-lbs during the lockdown on homemade daily bread & pasta & pierogies. I'm still walkin' it off.
